A roguelike where you build your own dungeon to play through it with your adventurer
The original concept for this game came from a comparison to other roguelike games like Hades, where you have a selection of rooms to choose from at the end of each fight. We thought to ourselves: what if that choice is more abstracted and the player gets to choose what rooms will be built next to the ones they're already in? In this way, they can practically build the dungeon they will be exploring, room for room, and they get more agency in the procedural generation of the space they inhabit.
<aside> 📌 Note: these restrictions do not describe what we will never be willing to do, just assumptions that we are willing to take for granted now and that will require a serious, bullet proof justification to be changed in the future. Every time we reach a milestone we will re-evaluate these pillars

We will design the game with the idea of releasing it on mobile devices.
We don't want to stray away from the idea that the player is creating some kind of level as they play (dungeon, world, anything).
The game needs to have some form of character(s). This is because Caitlin, currently our only artist, is specialized in conceptualizing and drawing characters.
We categorically refuse to develop a free to play game with ads or in-app purchases. We want to provide a premium experience to our players
